An iconic star like Lorna Tolentino

Since making her film debut in the ‘70s, Lorna Tolentino has amassed more than 80 acting credits including critically acclaimed performances. Throughout her career, which spans five decades, she has won eight film awards and garnered 20 acting nominations.

She’s an iconic screen personality in every sence of the word. With her skills as an actress, she’s able to make her roles become iconic, too.

Case in point, in FPJ’s Ang Probinsyano, LT was able to make her scheming Lily Cortez character stay in the program longer than she’s supposed to.

Lorna Tolentino is one of the country’s most enduring and accomplished actresses.

“I’m originally scheduled to be in the show only for six days. Binago ko ‘yung look ko, naglagay ako ng bangs. Who would have thought na yung maikli kong role, nanganak nang nanganak hanggang pinapirma na nila ako ng contract na dapat, hanggang noong September lang. But I got extended,” LT told the press when she renewed her contract with Beautéderm Corporation.

“They saw the chemistry between Rowell Santiago and myself. This March, I’m celebrating my first year in the show,” the grand slam queen and high-profile celebrity brand ambassadors carried on.

She never ceases to showcase the bravura of her artistry as she continuously breathes life to the role of the villainous Lily Cortez on ABS-CBN’s long-running and top-rating primetime action-drama. The effectivity and flawlessness of Lorna’s portrayal of Lily is evident from the fact that hers is one of the most hated characters in the history of Philippine television.

Meanwhile, it has been over a year since Lorna formally joined the roster of Beautéderm’s ambassadors. Both the brand and the legendary actress forged a bond on familial levels that transcended their thriving business relationship that soared high with the unbelievable high sales volume of Beautéderm’s Cristaux Gold Elixir Serum, which LT represented to the mainstream market.

The collaboration between Beautéderm and Lorna is truly a force of nature to be reckoned with as both represent the highest ideals of quality, perfection, integrity, and hard work that delivers the finest results.

To date, Beautéderm has celebrated an entire decade in the business as a trusted leader in the beauty and wellness industry, it has surpassed its 100 physical store mark which was initiated in 2019, and from its patented and miraculous skin set for both body and face, the brand continues to develop and create innovative and effective products such as its Spruce & Dash men’s line which consists of Beau Charcoal Soap; Hugh Shaving Cream; Brawn Anti-perspirant White Spray for both foot and underarms; Charcoal Charmer Detoxifying Peel-off Mask; and Lad Hair Pomade.

“I am very, very happy with Beautéderm,” said the exuberant Lorna. “My heart of overflowing with gratefulness that Rei decided to renew me as one of the brand’s ambassadors. I’m so thankful for the genuine friendship that I share with Rei, her family, with the entire staff of the company, and of course with my fellow ambassadors. The fun and excitement that I feel with Beautéderm is indescribable.”

Beautéderm’s President and CEO Rhea Anicoche-Tan, on the other hand, reveals that she is equally exhilarated with having Lorna on board the Beautéderm family.

“She is really a woman that I admire and look up to. I say this time and time again that I idolize her. I am a fan of Ate LT’s body of work and we at Beautéderm is honored to have her as a brand ambassador. She is an icon of beauty and a symbol of excellence. But more importantly, Ate LT is the a wonderful, selfless person. Her kindness and her beautiful heart inspires us all to be the best versions of ourselves,” the executive added.
