Lazada Philippines’ annual 11.11 sale was a massive success, marked by robust consumer trust in authentic products and the adoption of smarter, AI-enabled shopping tools. The Philippines was a key contributor to the regional success of the e-commerce giant’s biggest sale of the year, it said.
The sale highlighted strong consumer confidence and a decisive shift toward high-value purchasing ahead of the holiday rush.
Top global brands on the LazMall platform achieved phenomenal growth, setting new records for the company in the country. On the sale’s opening day, these brands saw over 400-percent growth, underscoring LazMall’s position as a trusted destination for authentic branded products.
Consumers showed increasing confidence in purchasing high-value electronics, with leading smartphone brands averaging an impressive 45 times sales uplift on day one. The focus on authenticity and quality translated directly into higher spending, with the average order size growing by 50 percent. Shoppers maximized value by redeeming over P150 million in savings through Lazada Coins alone.

Lazada reported that Filipino shopping behavior during the 11.11 sale focused heavily on stocking up for the upcoming Christmas season and securing lifestyle needs. The campaign also saw a clear adoption of intelligent shopping tools by Filipino consumers. Tools like AI Lazzie saw over 4 times more interactions and 2.5 times more average conversations compared to a regular day, following a substantial increase in AI-assisted shopping.
