The Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) completes a flood mitigation project that also serves as a road along Caritan-Balzain Creek, providing significant flood protection and improving transportation connectivity in Caritan Norte, Tuguegarao City, Cagayan. The 409.2-meter embankment was completed at a cost of P56.5 million and funded under the 2022 General Appropriations Act (GAA).
