Since its inception in 1983, CBDI has expanded its portfolio to over 150 hectares of residential developments in Cavite and Bulacan, benefiting more than 16,000 homeowners.

The recent development, Liora Homes Naic, has received a 3-Star rating from the BERDE Districts of the Philippine Green Building Council, while the Amora townhouse model has achieved EDGE Certification from the International Finance Corp. (IFC).
Looking ahead, CBDI is preparing to launch its next major development, Paseo de Lipa, which is expected to continue the company’s focus on affordable and sustainable housing solutions.
