The launch of this new development, which will offer affordable housing options, is part PDO’s strategy to expand its presence in promising regional markets.

PDO is betting on the sustained growth of Carcar’s domestic economy which is bolstered by its tourism.

Known for its Spanish-era architecture, vibrant culture, and local delicacies, Carcar City has become a popular destination.

It also excels in producing rice, corn, vegetables, and livestock, while its manufacturing sector focuses on furniture, footwear, and processed foods.

Recent infrastructure improvements, including road enhancements, have improved connectivity, supporting the city’s growth.

PDO also has notable projects in Lapu-Lapu City, including Pueblo de Oro Townscapes Mactan, a 30-hectare development featuring residential units and a retail hub. As part of the ICCP Group, Pueblo de Oro continues to enhance its offerings in Cebu.
