Glenda Dela Cruz was a vision of Filipino pride when she accepted an award and delivered a speech among other successful entrepreneurs recognized for their achievements and innovations in their fields.
Dela Cruz, better known as Miss Glenda, received recognition at the 2024 Inspiring Women Excellence Awards in Jakarta, Indonesia. She is the visionary behind the beauty and lifestyle brand, Brilliant Skin Essentials.
During the ceremony held over the weekend, Miss Glenda shared her journey and plans, including the expansion of her business empire.
“Brilliant Skin Essentials has grown to include Brilliant Cafe. Next month, we will open our hotel and spa in Malaysia, my own manufacturing plant, Brilliant Builders, my own construction firm, Brilliant Medical Group, Brilliants by G, iFarm, and iFuel, a petroleum company,” the 27-year-old entrepreneur expressed.
“And now, I’m starting a real estate development [business] in Dubai. Indonesia presents an exciting market and we are eager to make our products available to consumers here. We’re optimistic about finding ways to navigate the distribution and legal landscape effectively,” she went on to share excitement about entering the Indonesian market and navigating its unique challenges.
Miss Glenda’s leadership has previously earned her accolades such as the Most Exceptional Leader in the Philippines Business Community in 2021 and the Most Credible CEO in Online Entrepreneurship in 2022. Her entrepreneurial spirit continues to drive her to diversify into new industries, including healthcare and real estate development in Dubai.
As she enters her new role as a real estate developer, Miss Glenda affirmed her commitment to Brilliant Skin Essentials, emphasizing its ongoing priority in her ventures.
