The Philippines’ sash factor once again left a lasting impression on the international pageant stage, reaffirming the country’s status as a powerhouse in the world of beauty contests.
It was almost a double grand win for Philippine representatives in the Miss and Mister Fitness Supermodel World 2024, held in Vung Tau City, Vietnam on Saturday.
Kirsten Dawn Delerio won Miss Fitness Supermodel World 2024, while Godfrey Nikolai Murillo was named as first runner-up.
Delerio, an 18-year-old model from Talisay, Cebu, was handpicked by the Misters of Filipinas Organization to represent the country in the pageant’s second edition.
Miss USA Elizabeth Tran was first runner-up, while Miss Algeria Belkacem Ines, Miss Vietnam Truong Thi Tuyet Mai, and Miss Nigeria Sophia Eze, placed second, third and fourth runners-up, respectively.
Murillo, a 20-year-old Tourism student from Macabebe, Pampanga, who bagged the Best Face special award, placed as first runner up to Mister Uzbekistan Feygelman Artyom, crowned Mister Fitness Supermodel World 2024.
Mister Dominican Republic Jhoynier de Azrunner, Mister Japan Noah Ueyama, and Mister Vietnam Bui Van Thai were named 2nd, 3rd, 4th runner-up, respectively.
During the pageant’s finals, the Misters of Filipinas Organization, headed by national director Carlo Morris Galang and creative director Jhune Salud, was awarded the Best National Director Award, received by newly crowned Miss Fitness Supermodel World 2024 Kirsten Delerio.
