At least 400 public classrooms in Makati will be converted this year into smart learning spaces, complete with interactive whiteboards, notebook tablets, and unlimited internet access, Mayor Abigail Binay said the city government has already installed 119 Hybrid Interactive Boards (HIBs), or 50 percent of target, in elementary and secondary public schools in the city.
