It didn’t rain on their parade, but an Air Force soldier comes in handy with his fire hose to drench participants of the three-day Regada Festival in Cavite City, comprising of games, street dancing, photo exhibit, trade fair, concert, and water splash in celebration of the Feast of St. John, the Baptist.
