PMFTC Inc., the local affiliate of Philip Morris International, was re-certified as a Top Employer in the Philippines for the fourth year in a row in recognition of the company’s excellence in human resources and talent management.
“To be recognized as the top employer for four years now is no small accomplishment and one that we take to heart. It is an incredible testament to PMFTC’s long-term dedication to embedding inclusion in our company policies and nurturing an engaging working environment where our employees can bring their best selves to work,” said PMFTC director of people and culture Andreea Chiriac.
The Top Employer Certification process demonstrates to independent auditors a company’s commitment to excellent human resource processes, equity, diversity and inclusion through employee interviews, surveys and documented evidence.
