Officials of the Bureau of Jail Management of the Philippines (BJMP) take a walk-thru to the newly built detention cells of the New Quezon City Jail Male Dormitory on Payatas Road with a capacity of 6,000 prisoners, thereby decongesting by more than one-half the main Quezon City jail which has been bursting at the seams eversince.
