Haus Talk Inc. breaks ground for the construction of mid-market housing development Celestis 1 in Antipolo City. The project rests on a 5,258-square-meter property in Barangay Bayugo and will showcase 40 residential units. Attending the ceremony are (from left) Haus Talk directors Joey Madlambayan, assistant vice president of construction; Albert Madlambayan, assistant vice president; Noemi Madlambayan, corporate secretary and vice president for purchasing; Terence Madlambayan, chairman and vice president for business development; Luis Pio Madlambayan, construction council for Bataan Project; and Edward Madlambayan, vice president of construction. Also scheduled for groundbreaking soon is Celestis 2 at the adjacent 7,963-square-meter site with an allotment for 60 family homes.
