Youth activists protest in front of the Philippine Boy Scout Circle in Quezon City on Tuesday to call on Russian President Vladimir Putin to stop bombing Ukraine. The group also raised concerns over the effects of the war in the uncontrolled increase of oil prices in the Philippines.
