AyalaLand Logistics Holdings Corp. (ALLHC) said a unit is acquiring a ready-built facility and the land in Sto. Tomas, Batangas for P1.23 billion.
ALLHC said subsidiary Ecozone Power Management Inc. has signed a deal to purchase the facility and the land on which it stands from Shen Long Property Management Inc. and Aibis Land Management Inc.
EPMI under the deal will assume ownership of the ready-built facility and continue its operation under the ALLHC’s warehouse leasing brand, ALogis.
The ready-built facility with a gross leasable area of 64,000 square meters (sq. m.) sits on a 96,980 sq. m. land within the Light Industry & Science Park (LISP) III in Sto. Tomas, Batangas.
The ready-built facility, which is accredited by the Philippine Economic Zone Authority, serves lessee-companies in the manufacturing and logistics industries.
