Conferred by the Department of Social Welfare and Development, Council for the Welfare of Children, and Department of the Interior and Local Government, the award was turned over by City Social Welfare officer Junet Barilla (6th from left) and DILG Las Piñas City Director Mary Anne Planas (6th from right) recently at the Las Piñas City Hall Grounds. Also present during the awarding were Councilors Florante dela Cruz, Filemon Aguilar III, Julio Balanag, Rex Riguera, Lord Aguilar, Rachelle dela Peña (SK president), Danilo Hernandez, Bonifacio Riguera and Ignacio Sangga.
