Makati City, represented by Mayor Abigail Binay (center), made it to the top 6 finalists in the Innovative Idea category of the World Smart Cities Awards held Wednesday in Barcelona, Spain. Makati is the sole Philippine finalist in the Smart City World Expo Congress.
