Something big has opened in Aseana City, Parañaque, and Manila Standard Life was there recently to give you a sneak peek.
With a gross floor area of 400,000 square meters, Ayala Malls Manila Bay is Ayala Land’s biggest lifestyle complex to date. The five-story mall houses retail and dining options. We saw a few outlets are already open, with more opening before the official launch in 2020.
The new Ayala Mall shows a lot of promise as it merges local design with art, fashion, and food.
Faithful to the Ayala Malls design DNA, Ayala Malls Manila Bay features an expansive open space with its one-hectare Central Garden, which houses a Garden Ring with word engravings perfect for “shoe-fies” and selfies.
The garden also features sculptures by prominent artists representing each of the three major islands in the Philippines: Michael Cacnio for Luzon (represented by palay), Vito Selma for Visayas (tells the story of Western, Eastern, and Central Visayas), and Ann Pamintuan for Mindanao (represented by a cloud nine surf break).
Surrounding the garden are restaurants with al fresco dining up to the fifth floor. The Sunset Garden area on the roof deck features restaurant bars with extended hours to offer a fun night-out experience.
There are 10 movie theaters in the mall, three of which are specially designed for enhanced viewing experience: the Giant Screen, My Cinema, and Family Cinema.
The Ayala Malls Manila Bay Activity Center, whose design gives audience a view of the events from the ground to the fifth floor, will be a venue for fun and entertaining events that integrate culture and passions. Live elimination round for K-Crew Dance Fest is happening on Oct. 19.
A five-level BPO office and 350-room Seda Hotel are soon to open.
Ayala Malls Manila Bay is located at Asean Avenue cor. Diosdado Macapagal Boulevard, Aseana City, Parañaque.
