Steak in a truck

The food truck experience just got a couple notches more sizzling as New York’s famous Wolfgang’s Steakhouse brings to the Philippines, for the first time, its premium USDA Prime Dry-Aged Steak and more in a mobile kitchen truck.

Wolfgang’s delectable offerings can now be savored anywhere. The mobile kitchen truck, which allows catering services or events, are fully equipped with the same broilers used at the stores.

The catering service has set menu packages.

The Taste of New York set menu at P2,750 comes with 400g of USDA Prime Dry-Aged Sirloin, mashed potatoes, creamed spinach, and NY-Style Cheesecake, while the Wolfgang T-Bone Course Set for two starts at P2,988 per head and comes with a choice of soup or salad and a 700g USDA Prime Dry-Aged T-Bone Steak paired with mashed potatoes and creamed spinach. 

But should customers prefer different options, customizable menus are available upon request. 

According to Wolfgang’s, to ensure that only the best is served to discerning customers, not only is the meat flown weekly from the US, but they are also chosen specifically to ensure that the steaks served are part of the top 2 percent that has attained the USDA Prime rating.

Wolfgang’s Steakhouse also has its own aging room—a space where factors such as temperature, humidity, and airflow are controlled to make the meat more tender and flavorful—where quality beef is dry-aged for an average of 28 days; this guarantees the best of the best for all its diners.

Wolfgang’s Steakhouse’s Shortloin is composed of three cuts: The Porterhouse, the T-Bone, and the Prime New York Sirloin. Wolfgang’s Steakhouse’s signature cut is the Porterhouse steak—also known as the king of all steaks—which has two parts: the tastier part which is the sirloin, and the leaner and more tender portion that is the tenderloin. The T-Bone, still with both parts but smaller at 700g. The Prime New York Sirloin is available at 400g or 600g. 

Wolfgang’s Steakhouse is currently present in three locations in Metro Manila: Newport Mall in Resorts World Manila, The Podium Mall, and the newly opened One Bonifacio High Street.
