The Philippine Chinese Charitable Association Inc. which owns and operates the Chinese General Hospital and Medical Center, in cooperation with the Filipino Chinese General Chamber of Commerce Inc., conducts free dental and other medical services at the Citrus National High School, City of San Jose del Monte, in Bulacan. Hundreds of residents benefited from the free consultation, medicines, tooth extraction and reading eyeglasses. This project requested by Bulacan Gov.-elect Daniel Fernando was made possible through PCCAI chairman Dr. Benito Goyokpin and PCCAI president Dr. James G. Dy.
