Drug-free City Hall

The local government of Muntinlupa launched a kick-off event for its attempt to become the first Drug-Free City Hall in the country on Monday. Muntinlupa is the first local government unit to submit an application to the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency on the drug-free status declaration. Mayor Jaime Fresnedi encouraged city employees and officials to participate in the crackdown against illegal drugs, as the initiative is conducted in coordination with PDEA, Dangerous Drugs Board, Civil Service Commission, and Department of the Interior and Local Government.
