It is business as usual at the Port of Manila, Manila South Harbor operator Asian Terminals Inc. assured stakeholders following the fire incident that hit the Bureau of Customs headquarters last week.

A fully operational One-Stop-Shop satellite office has been immediately set up by ATI inside Pier 15’s passenger terminal to ensure uninterrupted port transactions.

The satellite office houses ATI’s Billing and Collections unit where brokers can settle port fees, book TABS (terminal appointment booking system) transactions, print gate passes using self-help kiosks and conduct other online transactions.

ATI’s customer help desk, the Verification, Receipting and Monitoring Unit of Philippine Ports Authority-NCR South, Philippine Export Zone Authority units and BOC-Port of Manila’s Operations Division, Export Division and Container Control Division, are also housed on the same location.

Meanwhile, POM’s Assessment and Formal Entry Division is fully operational, temporarily located at the BOC gymnasium.
