SM Prime Holdings, Inc. (SM Prime), recently bagged the best retail development, best commercial development and best retail architectural design for SM Seaside City Cebu at the Philippine Property Awards. The development is part of SM prime’s 30-hectare complex at the South Road Properties, just a few meters from Cebu’s central business district. When completed, the project will include office and residential buildings, a conference and convention center, a 5-star hotel, an events center, and other community facilities. SM Seaside City Cebu is the 3rd SM mall in the Queen City of the South, and the 3rd largest in the Philippines.
