Leading online English education platform, 51TALK continues to break ground for the EFL (English as a Foreign Language) industry as the company recently signed a Memorandum of Understanding with global tech giant Huawei.

The MOU represents a collaboration between 51TALK and Huawei on the promotion of digitalization and transformation as well as the promotion of the use of information and communications technology and offers an opportunity for qualified Filipinos to become online English teachers and improve lives through digital livelihood and learning. 

With this partnership, it is expected that more Filipinos would benefit from both organizations’ wealth of knowledge and expertise on digital technology and online teaching.

This signed MOU between Huawei and 51Talk, two giants in their respective industries, is an innovative step towards promoting better understanding of home-based online English teaching while showcasing the talent and skills of the Filipinos as online English teachers and leveraging technology for human development.
