ANSI PH Installs the First-Ever Self-Order Kiosks in the Philippines

Retail software and hardware solutions provider ANSI Information Systems is the first company in the Philippines to roll out self-order payment kiosks for customers in fast food establishments. Eight of these machines are already in use in key Jollibee and Greenwich branches across Metro Manila, and were noticed by the public as early as January of 2018. ANSI announced that they’ll be adding to these original eight self-order kiosks very soon.
Customers need only to punch in specific orders onscreen, wait for the orders to be processed, pay at the dedicated counter, and then pick up their food. They also have the option to pay at the machines via credit card or use their happyplüs loyalty card.
ANSI cites two major benefits to using the self-order kiosks. First,the kiosks are an easy, quick, and convenient option for customers to place their fast food orders. Each kiosk’s interface is noted to be user-friendly, straightforward, and visually appealing. Second, having the kiosks around speeds up the ordering process, streamlines the order delivery chain, and ultimately decongests the area for both customers and restaurant staff.
As ANSI points out, the orders will be placed in an efficient manner, paid for quickly, and accurately delivered to the customer. This will also ensure customer satisfaction and increase the likelihood of their return to the establishment.
As of this time, ANSI’s flagship self-order kiosks can be found in Jollibee branches at Ortigas, Bonifacio Global City (BGC), Festival Supermall Alabang, and SM Mall of Asia (MOA). The Greenwich counterparts are located at Robinson’s Ermita, SM Megamall, Cebu, and SM Pampanga.
