Tesda list-up for trainers, assessors set

The Technical Education and Skills Development Authority will hold a nationwide registration for trainors and assessors in order to step up the agency’s Technical Vocational Education and Training.

Tesda Director General Guiling Mamondiong said the nationwide registration for trainors and assessors is scheduled from June 7 to 15 this year.

Mamondiong said the list-up was needed “in view of improving the human infrastructure of both training and assessment [in Tesda], with the end of expanding the absorptive capacity of training providers.”

He also ordered regional, provincial, and district directors of Tesda to organize activities that would drum up the nationwide registration for trainors and assessors.
