A government prosecutor was shot and killed by motorcycle-riding men in front of his house in Caloocan City Monday morning.
Caloocan City prosecutor Diosado Azarcon was shot three times in the head outside his home along Capas Street, Barangay 63 near 9th Avenue.
Initial reports showed that shortly after 8 a.m. Azarcon was about to approach his car parked a few meters from his home when he was shot by six motorcycle-riding suspects, all wearing face masks.
The suspects on board three motorcycles fled after the shooting. Azarcon is the fourth prosecutor attacked since October 2016, police records showed.
