Bato at ‘graduation’ of 400 surrenderers

BIÑAN, Laguna”•Philippine National Police Director General Ronald “Bato” dela Rosa led the commencement exercises for over 400 drug surenderers from the Laguna PNP’s Simula ng Pag-Asa (or Sipag program, together with local government officials at Splash Island Southwoods in Barangay San Francisco here.

Dela Rosa said a successful campaign against illegal drugs can be done with the help of local government units, as the PNP continues to support rehabilitation programs like Sipag alongside the religious and private sectors of society
