The Metropolitan Association of Race Horse Owners will stage the MARHO Breeders Championships on Nov. 3 and 4 at Sta. Ana Saddle and Clubs Leisure Park in Naic, Cavite.
This year’s event will see champion horses like Salt & Pepper, Hitting Spree, Tin Drum, Pride of Laguna, Song of Songs and Shadow of the Sun competing over the weekend.
For the coveted MARHO—San Miguel Beer Classic race, the cast is composed of Kanlaon, Bull Session, Stand in Awe, Salt and Pepper, Lucky Toni and Mandatum.
MARHO will have four stakes races on Sunday plus the annual Ambassador Danding Cojuangco Jr. Cup and the 2nd Leg of the 3YO Open Series Championships, sponsored by the Philippine Racing Commission.
The six stakes races on Sunday offer a total pot of P6.5 million in prize money.
This year’s MARHO Racing Festival is another milestone for its members.
