“There’s more belts to come. There’s more belts to grab. There’s more championships to join and we believe we will get those belts,” Eustaquio said. “First thing, we always say in Team Lakay—champions are not born. We are made. We are made because there’s people like you.”

Eustaquio said that their titles are not sole property, but also by the fans due to their support.

“We don’t claim it as our own,” he said “Sa inyong mga kababayan namin, whether positive or negative you are all our inspiration. We believe na hindi namin makukuha ‘to without your support.”

Brave Combat Federation Bantamweight two-time defending champion Stephen Loman started the first victory speech by thanking his fellow countrymen for the support they offered which boosted the team’s motivation to train harder.

Mga kababayan ako’y nagpapasalamat sa inyong suporta. At lalong lalo na ‘yung city officials natin dito. Dahil po sa inyong suporta kami po ay nagte-training ng husto,” Loman said.

Joshua Pacio, the ONE Strawweight champion also thanked the crowd for their prayers and support.

“Thank you for the support and unending prayers. Thank you very much and god bless us all,” Pacio said.

Eustaquio ended his victory speech that with the power of teamwork and the support of the people of Baguio, Team Lakay’s future goals will be attainable.

“We believe in the power of teamwork. We believe in one Baguio, thank you very much, to God be the glory,” he said.
