Fil-American MMA fighter AJ Matthews will soon be back on the cage at Bellator in the U.S.

He gave a glimpse of some simple techniques that can be used to neutralize bullies in schools—or in this case at the gym.

Fitness guru and performing artist Elle Adda gamey served as his partner as they simulated a bully grabbing another by the neck.

Matthews proceeded with the takedown, reverse and the arm bar.
