The smartest and smallest detective is back on Philippine Television. Detective Conan, which premiered on Monday (Dec. 10), returns with more perplexing puzzles to solve on GMA Network’s weekday morning block.
The animé series follows the mysterious adventures of Shinichi Kudo, a 17-year-old detective known for his extraordinary ability to solve cases that even professional detectives could hardly unravel.
However, things changed for him when members of a crime syndicate fed him a poison drug. Instead of killing him as planned, the drug only transformed him to the size of a fourth grader.
He disguises himself as Conan Edogawa and lives with his childhood friend, Ran Mauri. While looking for a cure to his condition and tracking down the men who poisoned him, Conan secretly helps Ran’s detective father, Kogoro, in solving all sorts of cases.
How long will Shinichi live as the young boy Conan? Will he ever be normal again?
