Weekday mornings with the whole family will be more exciting as GMA Network brings to light a romantic-comedy series that both parents and kids can enjoy. Entitled Ang Forever Ko’y Ikaw, the series is premiering today.
Headlined by Camille Prats-Yambao and Neil Ryan Sese together with Ayra Mariano and Bruno Gabriel, Ang Forever Ko’y Ikaw revolves around the lives of Ginny (Camille) and Lance (Neil), two single parents who are still both attached to their past.
Their lives are almost intertwined since they live in the same condominium building, have the same taste in coffee; and they even follow each other’s ‘alter-ego’ accounts online.
Camille said she loves how the show instills its message to the viewers when it comes to love.
“You know I think the really good part about this show is the message of love and how it tells us that love will always find you,” the Kapuso actress said.
On the other hand, Neil Ryan, who is used to portraying character roles, shared that he’s still in an adjustment period.
“I’m still not used to it. It’s a challenge to play my role. Unlike kapag
kontrabida ka iba yung pag deliver mo nglines. Dapat palaging mabigat. But in this series, I need to tone it down,” he related.
The story also highlights their journey as single parents including the challenges and accomplishments they encounter taking care of their children Marione (Ayra) and Benjie (Bruno).
“I am very thankful for this opportunity. At the same time, I’m excited to work with Bruno. Very comfortablena kami sa isa’t isa kaya I know this project is going to be amazing,” said Ayra who plays the daughter of Ginny.
Meanwhile, Bruno said he is looking forward to be working with Camille and Neil because he knows he is going to learn a lot from them.
“I am really amazed at how they both are great in acting—mapa-intense man yung eksena or light lang,” the heartthrob said.
Joining the lead cast in this series are Cai Cortez, Archie Alemania, Odette Khan, and Jude Paolo Diangson.
The new series is under the helm of Creative Director Caesar Cosme with Joseph Balboa as head writer, and Tata Betita and Jojo Nones as directors.
Witness feel-good and kilig love stories in Ang Forever Ko’y Ikaw beginning today before Eat Bulaga.
