Primeline Management and Productions, Inc. (PMPI), the 33-year-old company that has established itself in the local show business industry as a paragon in production and talent management, continues to reach higher heights in 2018 as it gears up for a busier 2019.
Not unknown to many, Primeline is the husband-and-wife tandem of Ronnie and Ida Henares and the one distinctly behind the Cinderella-rise to stardom of such great talents as Regine Velasquez and Lani Misalucha, just to name a few.
Primeline today hasn’t rested on its laurels and is happy to be adding more milestones in its history by producing shows and developing new exciting and excellent artists.
Just recently, Primeline mounted a highly successful reunion concert called Twofus…Reunion of Friends at the Solaire which featured Ronnie and his long-time pal Jojit Paredes (both were the country’s biggest heartthrobs during the ‘70s).
Jojit and Ronnie, along with their guests - OPM icons Jim Paredes and Buboy Garovillo, beyond funny Mitch Valdes, and the age-defying Aldeguer Sisters—all delivered a truly enjoyable night. From guest line up to the choice of songs, the show flowed seamlessly and treated the appreciative audience to an unforgettable trip down memory lane. Young and old alike enjoyed good music and outstanding performance that night prompting one concert-goer to quip, “this is such a beautiful, blessed night.”
Primeline is proud to present their new high-caliber stable of artists - multi-awarded and perennial winner Mary Joy Apostol; global Filipina singing group 4th Impact; singer-performer Ava and actress-singer Alexa Miro.
Mary Joy’s budding career is already stamped with excellence. This early, Mary Joy’s acting has already been getting nods from local and International award giving bodies. She has tucked under her belt Best Actress awards from Facine Festival (San Francisco), Vietnam Film Festival; Eddy’s Choice Awards; Ursula Best Heritage Film Awards; and Gintong Kabataan. Mary Joy is one of Film Development Councils ambassadors for her global recognitions. All her portrayals are met with accolades that those who hear of her cannot help but wonder who that fine young actress is.
She has been invited to portray dramatic roles in ABS-CBN’s Maalaala Mo Kaya four times already and, her most recent concluded episode entitled “Incest daughter”, garnered a high rating of 26.4 percent over competition. Watch out for this endearing and exciting rising star in ABS-CBN’s upcoming soap opera Los Bastardos and movies Eerie and Hospicio.
The power of harmony in voice and vision plus their deep faith in the Almighty are what has taken the Cercado Sisters to becoming the most successful global Filipina singing group called 4th impact.
Theirs is a triumphant story from humble beginnings to a life borne out of a dream. The X Factor London favorites are humbled by how the public has received them globally - a staggering 120-million hits for their audition video and another million views for their “Never Enough” video on YouTube and counting.
The ladies are extremely grateful and are enjoying every single live performance they get invited to do, be it in Manila or abroad. The thing that gives them a natural high, they say, is meeting their followers face to face and feeling their love in person.
The alluring Ava and her band have been creating waves in the live performance circuit as they continue to deliver high energy music at the Resorts World Bar 360 nightly. Catch them and see for yourself the talent that captivates.
Alexa Miro is another Primeline star on the rise. After her Jollibee online commercial went viral, she was tapped to appear in ABS-CBN’s TV series Araw Gabi where she got noticed all the more. A pure bundle of talent, this attractive young actress and a commercial model is a good singer as well.
The Renaissance Man Ronnie Henares masterfully juggles his many capabilities as an actor, singer, businessman, and sportsman, yet in his prime years. On the acting front, Ronnie continues to shine on GMA-7.
In Pepito Manaloto, he makes TV audiences laugh and love pettifogger Tommy Diones. In The Cure, he was the unconscionable director of the board who betrayed the company. Watch him in the upcoming primetime show Cain at Abel, as he personifies evil Gov. Gener. Not to take his musicality for granted, Ronnie performs weekly with his bandMidlife Crisis at Chef and Brewer and on weekends, he will be found either at the firing range or at the fairway.
Primeline powers up during the holidays and is all pumped up for a more vibrant new year soon. For any inquiries about their talents, you may contact them at tel. nos. 0999-8884500 and 0939-9250178 or email them [email protected]
