James Hardie and housing developer Axeia Development Corporation, recently conducted a home improvement and livelihood training program in Sto. Tomas, Batangas, to teach Le Moubreza homeowners how to choose the right, value-for-money materials for better home investments. Citing budget as a key consideration in home improvement decisions, homeowners mostly buy “bare” units without ceilings or bedroom partitions, only deciding on house materials when finally moving in. James Hardie imparted its home improvement expertise and taught program attendees how to use durable, cost-efficient finishing products like fiber cement boards instead of plywood.
