Maven breaks ground in Capitol Commons

Property developer Ortigas & Co. recently held groundbreaking ceremonies for Maven, one of its residential towers in Capitol Commons. The 62-storey building set to be completed in the fourth quarter of 2021, Maven is the third residential tower to rise in Capitol Commons, Ortigas & Co.’s mixed-use development which is now part of the Ortigas central business district. Maven units are available in studio, 1-bedroom, 2-bedroom, and 3-bedroom configurations. Shown in photo during the ceremony is Jaime E.
