Solaire’s lavish “A Luxe Valentine” accommodation package will be the perfect choice for guests wishing to celebrate an unforgettable heart's day. The Deluxe City View room starts at P15,295++ while the Signature Suite is available from P87,295++. The offer includes buffet breakfast for 2 adults and 2 children (age 6 and below) at Fresh; 60 minutes in-room Swedish or Combination massage for 2; a special welcome amenity; and afternoon cocktails at the Poolside Bar.

To highlight the occasion, Solaire also created tempting Delightful Valentine’s set-menus for dinner at the following signature restaurants:

Finestra Italian Steakhouse offers Fine de Claire N.5, piccantino, lemon, micro coriander; foie gras and confit duck terrine, green apple, shallot, raspberry vinaigrette; risotto, prawns, zucchini, saffron, gold leave; and sous vide-cooked wagyu ox cheek with dauphinoise potato, vanilla carrot puree and spinach. Satisfy your sweet cravings with the white and pink chocolate sphere plated on raspberry textures, tonka bean crunch, lemon curd, candied violets, and mint soil. The set menu is priced at P4,888++ per person.

Yakumi offers a set-menu at P3,488++ per person. The menu consists of heart-shaped toro tartare, sea urchin and black tobiko, and micro herbs; hand-crafted sushi: braised prawn, sweet and sour fish, sesame tofu and uni, grilled duck, Conger eel and burdock root; sweet prawn, tuna, salmon, yellowtail sashimi with freshly grate wasabi; soft raw chawanmushi and marinated soya grilled salmon with edamame puree; grilled US beef rib eye with hoba leaf and miso sauce; and crab and shimeji mushroom mix with rice and red miso soup.

Red Lantern highlights include steamed shrimp dumpling with black truffle; honey roasted chicken roll and deep-fried prawn with wasabi mayonnaise for starters; double-boiled chicken soup with conch and bamboo pith; crispy lobster with oatmeal; stir-fried chicken and prawn with seasonal vegetables; Cantonese braised beef rib “Wong kok Style;” and roasted duck on glutinous rice with Chinese sausages all priced at P3,888++ per person.

Waterside provides seconds with “Jamon! Jamon!” – a night of Spanish gastronomy featuring delightful assorted tapas, Jamon Iberico, and a wine flight of 3. Aside from taste, the Latin-inspired restaurant brings in Hugo Moronval, Brand Ambassador for wine house Codorniu, to give guests a fun and informative evening. This event is priced at P2,500++ per person.

Love Afternoon Tea at Oasis Garden Café has pink crusted profiterole and rosewater cream; cassis perfumed ganache, vanilla cheesecake and berry caviar; blueberry-lime tart with mint soil; glazed red bean roulade with crunchy caramel; and raspberry cremeux macaron, dehydrated raspberry and heart lollypops. A selection of savory delights will also be served, including hot smoked salmon, potato roesti, herb fromage blanc; chicken adobo spring roll, mango and papaya salsa; mushroom pie, chorizo, caramelized onion; DOP parma ham and grissin sticks, rocket and Oyster Rockefeller. The menu also includes a variety of tea sandwiches like beetroot marinated salmon, brioche bagel, horse radish sauce; cucumber cream cheese roll, micro cress; tuna salad, spring onion, ciabatta; beef and Dijon mustard croissant as well as reshly baked scones with white chocolate cranberry, homemade berry compote, lemon curd and Devonshire clotted cream all for Php1,388++ per person.
