Spain is famous for many things – flamenco, football, and long, lazy sunny days. But perhaps one of the things this vibrant area of the Iberian Peninsula is most known for is its amazing food. Spanish cuisine is an explosion of flavor – a fusion of cultures and ethnicities – and a merry mix of gastronomic aromas.

You don't have to fly to Spain to experience its amazing food as Anya Resort Tagaytay celebrates its first anniversary on July 14, 2018 with a one-night only Hola! dinner in collaboration with Rambla’s top chefs.

“At Anya, we pride ourselves in offering a service philosophy with no boundaries. We strive to provide our guests with the best hospitality with heart to help create amazing memories with a homegrown FIlipino brand. The Hola! dinner will be a first of many exciting activities we are planning for Anya’s first anniversary,” said Santi Elizalde, president and chief executive officer of Roxaco Land.

The menu prepared for this special celebration will feature a signature infusion style of cooking, blending spices and flavors to romance your palate. From tasty tapas to superb seafood and traditional roasts, this Spanish feast is all about making the most of the best local produce found in Anya and in Tagaytay.

As a sweet ending to a delicious meal, try the refreshing sangria-soaked watermelon cubes or the milk and ginger ice cream. There is also tarta de santiago with white chocolate matcha – a light cake made with almonds and lemon zest. A variety of fine Spanish wines and bottomless sangria is also available.

Anya Resort and Residences Tagaytay offers a special Anniversary Suite Treat package inclusive of an overnight weekend stay at a Junior suite for P7,050 net/night. The package, which includes breakfast buffet for two and complimentary use of hotel facilities, is valid until July 31, 2018.
