Lao PM makes early exit from ASEAN Summit

Lao People's Democratic Republic Prime Minister Thongloun Sisoulith has left the country.

Presidential Spokersperson Harry Roque confirmed the exit of the head of state.

Sisoulith needs to meet a state visitor in Vientiane.

He is the first leader to arrive in the Philippines for the 31st Association of South of Asian Nation (ASEAN) Summit.

He came over last Sunday morning at Clark International Airport in Pampanga.
