Senator Leila De Lima’s coaster has arrived at the Hall of Justice of Muntinlupa Regional Trial Court (RTC).
She is being accompanied by her counsel, Attorney Alex Padilla.
She is now alighting from the vehicle and off to the sala of Judge Juanita Guerrero, who had served the arrest warrant for the senator.
Policemen from the PNP Criminal Investigation and Detection Group (CIDG) are with her.
They are performing the return of the arrest warrant.
Senate Sergeant-at-arms General Jose Balajadia is also with the senator.
Some supporters of the lawmaker, as well as some groups who are against her, are in front of the Muntinlupa RTC.
Upon arriving in court, De Lima did not immediately disembark from the coaster.
Her camp said she wanted to be certain if the judge required her to personally appear in court.
Earlier in Camp Crame, De Lima went through the process of booking and finger-printing.
Her mug shot was also taken by the PNP.
Her staff says, the senator is very composed amid her frustration.
Senator Kiko Pangilinan accompanied De Lima from the Senate to the PNP Headquarters, before De Lima's convoy proceeded to Muntinlupa.
An ambulance is on hand at the parking lot of Muntinlupa RTC.
