The Commission on Audit has flagged the Southern Philippines Development Authority for listing 10 Mindanao properties at P1 each.

In a 2017 annual audit report, state auditors said with a land area of 24,145.9407 hectares, the questioned properties were acquired through a deed of donation or were turned over by the defunct Mindanao Development Authority.

The area was being occupied by informal settler families.
