Some areas in Metro Manila are currently flooded as a result of downpours on Thursday morning.
These include roads in Manila including Rizal Avenue, P. Burgos, Lagusnilad, Manila City Hall, Bonifacio Shrine, road leading to Quezon Bridge, Taft Avenue and UP-PGH.
Gutter-deep floodwaters are also observed in Quezon City, including portions of Quezon Avenue and Aurora Boulevard.
Water level of Marikina River is at 14.47 meters.

Marikina City government will set off its alarm system once the floodwaters reach 15 meters.
