BDO Foundation Inc. commemorated the first year anniversary of Yolanda recently with a groundbreaking of the BDO Volunteer Multipurpose Hall.
The event was organized by Robert Deutsch, of UN-Habitat Post Yolanda Support for Safer Homes and Settlement in partnership with the San Vicente Milibili Homeowners Association Inc. (SVMHAI) along with volunteers from BDO Roxas Avenue-Roxas Branch under branch head Gen Ambrocio.
The BDO volunteers teamed up with workers from SVMHAI for the construction of the community center whcih is funded by donations received from BDO officers and staff.
