The dry run for Motorcycle Lane Policy is being implemented on Saturday.
The newly-formed Inter-Agency Council for Traffic (I-ACT) says, the activity is ongoing beginning at 7 am until 8 pm and it covers Commonwealth Avenue, EDSA, C-5 and Macapagal Avenue.
A second dry run will be held on Sunday, November 13, 2016.
I-ACT says, the use of motorcycle lanes will be strictly enforced beginning Monday, November 14, 2016.
Violators will pay a fine of P 500.

Riders of motorcycles are required to wear shoes and safety gears like helmets.
Field reporters observe the lack of enough personnel deployed along major roads for the dry run on Saturday.
