Herbert Colanggo’s brother arrested

The brother of Herbert Colanggo has been arrested in Barangay Natumulan, Tagoloan, Misamis Oriental.

Leoncio Colanggo was supposedly in possession of 6 sachets of shabu worth about P 3,000 when police caught him in a buy-bust operation.

Colanggo denies allegations that he is a drug pusher.

He claims, he is merely a drug user.

Herbert Colanggo is among the high-profile inmates at New Bilibid Prisons (NBP) in Muntinlupa City.

He recently testified at the House of Representatives on the proliferation of illegal drug trade inside the National Penitentiary.
