Metro Manila Development Authority (MMDA) is holding a dry run of ‘no window hours’ for the number coding scheme on Wednesday.

This means that private vehicles affected by the number coding scheme today will not be able to take advantage of the so-called 'window hours' of 10 am to 3 pm in some roads in Metro Manila.

The ‘no window hours’ policy is enforced along EDSA, C5 Road, Roxas Boulevard and Alabang-Zapote Road.

The policy is also implemented in Mandaluyong, Makati and Las Piñas.

The dry run will end on Friday.

They will be issued warnings for now.

The ‘no window hours’ will be fully enforced on Monday, October 17, 2016.
