Monsoon rains to continue pouring over Metro Manila & Luzon provinces

Southwest monsoon will bring continue to bring moderate to heavy rains in Metro Manila, Cavite, Bataan, Zambales and Ilocos region.

Light to moderate rains will prevail over Western Visayas and the rest of Luzon.

The Low Pressure Area (LPA) is located 350 kilometers north of Itbayat, Batanes.

It has a remote chance of developing into a storm.

Gale warning is up over the western seaboard of Central and Southern Luzon.

These areas include Zambales, Bataan, Metro Manila, Cavite, Occidental Mindoro and the western coast of Batangas and Palawan.

PAGASA predicts the rainy weather will go on in the next five days.
