Inspired by a popular Pinoy milky dessert, the Pastillas is made with a soft and fluffy chiffon base, and is covered in buttery caramel icing and finished off with cream frostings that look like Christmas trees.

Sinfully decadent, the new Chocolate Truffle boasts rich layers of moist chocolate cake enveloped in a silky, cocoa ganache frosting. Covered with chocolate shreds and topped with truffle balls, it is the perfect choice for those who like their dessert bittersweet.

Fresh and fruity come together in every slice of the Strawberry Chiffon. Another holiday contender, this classic vanilla-flavored cake is wrapped in whipped cream, dashed with strawberry glaze, and topped with large strawberry chunks.

These holiday cakes start at P550 each. They are available in select Max’s Restaurant branches nationwide for a limited time only.

Andrew Café’s mini lemon holiday cake

The flavors of caramel, lemon, and white chocolate come together in every sinfully sweet bite of Andrew Café’s Dainty Mini Lemon Holiday Chiffon Cake.
