But sometimes, when busy schedule creeps up on her, TV host and volleyball player Gretchen Ho has to forego restful sleep and contend herself with only a five-hour shuteye, which she admits takes a toll on her skin.
The 28-year-old sports and TV personality shares the number one challenge she faces every day is maintaining her face fresh for the camera without wearing heavy makeup.
She also makes sure that she takes care of her skin so breakouts, which she reveals ruins her confidence, don’t appear on her face.
“As I got older, I also got smarter with the things I do on my face,” says Ho.
For her, a clean face is essential as it serves as a blank canvass. Ho’s beauty routine is pretty simple: she puts on foundation and blush on, lines her eyes with an eyeliner, and applies lipstick on her lips.
