Eternal Bright Sanctuary, Inc. (EBSI) is currently building  a memorial facility, the Aeternitas Memorial Chapels and Columbarium.

Located along Commonwealth avenue in Quezon City, beside St. Peter’s Shrine of Leaders, and between the proposed Don Antonio and Batasan Stations of the MRT Line 7, the nine-storey development will have more than 45,000 niches.

Each of the facility’s 15 premiere memorial chapels and 2 grand memorial chapels will have access to telephone, cable and Internet service.

Aeternitas will have 6 passenger lifts, over 200 parking spaces and a centralized air-conditioning system for the comfort and convenience of visitors. A 24/7 security with CCTV in all common areas and sufficient emergency services are also available in the building for everyone’s safety.

The building was designed by Architect Yolanda Reyes, current Philippine Regulatory Commissioner and principal architect, of RLR77 Architectural Design, Planning and Consulting Services.

The project was awarded to Metro Stonerich Corporation, an ISO 90 01:2008 certified service company specializing in engineering, construction and project development.

Construction is being done by Jose Aliling Construction Management Inc.

Empowering decision

“Memorial and post-life care and services are something that many people are uncomfortable talking about,” acknowledged Van Lopez, marketing director of EBSI. “The decision is often made too late or sometimes none at all.”

“Peace of mind, not just for you but for your family and loved ones is perhaps one of the best last gifts that one can offer,” he said. “You are actively making the choice while you still can in choosing the level of care you want for yourself, while those close to you can concentrate on cherishing the best memories they have with you.”

“If you’re looking at cremation as an option, you might as well prepare for your columbary vault,” he suggested. “Now is a good time. The market value of the acquired property appreciates over a period after its construction.

The turnover of the facility is expected to begin on July 2019.
