VERDON PARC IN DAVAO. DMCI Homes recently started selling the third building of its three-hectare Verdon Parc development in Davao City. Verdon Parc’s first two buildings, Martel and Belvedere, have been enjoying decent sales prior to the start of the construction of the third building, dubbed the Trevans. DMCI Homes’ tropical themed-development has sold 72 percent of the 866 total unit inventory of the first two buildings before the construction of the 20-storey Trevans kicked off last year. Verdon Parc, located along Ecoland Drive corner Peacock Street in Davao City,  welcomed its first batch of unit owners with the turnover of its only mid-rise building, Martel, in January this year. The 20-storey Belvedere, on the other hand, began construction in February 2016 and is set to be completed in March 2020.
